Healthcare Solicitor (EL/PL).
I currently have an exciting role with a leading national Healthcare team, based in Birmingham, for a mid-level solicitor or CILEx with experience in defending Casualty claims on behalf of healthcare clients.
The team, highly-ranked in various legal publications, is well-regarded for their advice on contentious and non-contentious healthcare law, from defending complex and high-value medical negligence, employers, and public liability personal injury claims, through to advising on medical insurance coverage and regulatory matters.
The caseload would suit a solicitor or CILEx with upwards of 4+ years' PQE in defending EL/PL claims, ideally, though not essentially, on behalf of the NHSR and comprises of complex and high value multi-track personal injury Casualty claims.
As a healthcare solicitor/CILEx, you will work within a successful and friendly team with excellent support from well-respected partners.
