Residential Conveyancer.
My client, a leading commercial law firm with a strong presence in the East Midlands market, seeks an experienced residential conveyancer for its Leicester office.
As the successful residential conveyancer, you will join a well-established property team where you will handle your own caseload of matters ranging from sales (freehold and leasehold), purchases, re-mortgages, transfers, right to buy and new builds. You must have experience in dealing with matters from start to finish as this is not a bulk conveyancing environment.
To be considered for this role based in Leicester, you will either be a qualified residential conveyancing solicitor, legal executive, licensed conveyancer or a fee earner qualified by experience.
