Corporate Paralegal
An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading city firm looking for a paralegal to join their highly regarded Corporate team. The team are well known for developing Paralegals into Senior Paralegals and guiding them through the training contract process.
The successful candidate will work closely with Associates and Partners within Corporate, by drafting agreements including board minutes & commercial agreements, conducting research and attending client meetings with the fee earners in the Corporate team.
The ideal candidate Corporate Paralegal will have 6 months Corporate experience. Paralegals that have a background in other transactional areas will also be considered for this role
