Education Lawyer
Education Lawyer required to join a local authority based in London for an initial 3 month contract, with the possibility of extension thereafter.

The successful Education Lawyer will be running a varied caseload of education matters. They will also be preparing cases for tribunal and corresponding with parents/guardians' solicitors, therefore excellent client care skills are essential.
Education matters will include;
- SENDIST
- Disability discrimination
- School exclusions & admission appeals
The successful Education Lawyer will ideally have SEN experience, as this will be an important part of the role.
This role is well suited to an experienced education lawyer who has a real enthusiasm for public sector work. It is not necessary to have previously conducted advocacy, although some advocacy experience is desirable.
