Childcare Legal Assistant
Sellick Partnership are recruiting a Childcare Legal Assistant for a local authority based in the East Midlands.
Our client is seeking a Legal Assistant who already has experience working within a Childcare team, whether this be within a private practice or public sector organisation.
The successful Legal Assistant will take on a mixed workload, including, but not exclusive to:
- Care supervision orders
- Co-working matters with solicitors
- Corresponding with clients and social workers
- Preparing court bundles and witness statements
- Gathering evidence
- Section 7 and 37 reports
The successful candidate will join a friendly legal team for an initial period of 6 months, but with the possibility of extension.
The ideal candidate will be available immediately for full-time employment.
