We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a Local Authority based in West Yorkshire. Our client is offering flexibility with homeworking.
The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will take on a variety of commercial property matters, which may include:
- Sales and purchases of land or property
- Leases and licences
- Tenancy Agreements
- Compulsory purchase orders
- Preparing evidence and reports for Land Registry Hearings
We encourage applicants from either a public sector or a private practice background to apply for this role.
The position is for an initial period of 3 months and is to start immediately.
Our client is happy to consider candidates who are seeking either full-time or part-time employment.
The offices of this local authority are based within walking distance of the train station and there are numerous parking facilities nearby.
