Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting a Commercial Property Lawyer to join a Local Authority based in West Yorkshire. This is a long-term locum position of 12 months and is to start from late July. They are offering some flexibility with homeworking.

The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will take on a varied workload, including, but not exclusive to:

  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Preparation or approval of leases, tenancy agreements, licenses and easements and their subsequent completion
  • Compulsory purchase orders
  • Preparing evidence and reports for Land Registry Hearings on disputed title applications
  • Carrying out some complex and sensitive work

The offices are located close to the train station, have plenty of options for parking, and are easily accessible by other modes of public transport.

Our client will look at applicants who are from either a private practice or public sector background. They will also consider candidates who are seeking either part-time or full-time employment.
