Childcare Lawyer

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting a Childcare Lawyer for a local authority based in Lincolnshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Childcare Layer to join a friendly local authority team on a long term basis.

The successful Childcare Lawyer would be picking up 10 to 12 cases at a time, mainly consisting of Section 31 matters. There will also be other ad hoc public childcare matters to pick up.

The successful candidate will not be required to conduct their own advocacy, only to instruct counsel.

The Childcare Lawyer will join on a 6 month contract initially, with the potential of the role continuing beyond that.

Our client is offering 1 day of home working for this role.
