Description

This Compliance Manager, Trade and General Compliance role is based in Surrey and involves:

- Management of a small team of two compliance professionals, managing work load, training and development

-UK export control, ensuring compliance

-ITAR & EAR, ensuring that the business operated in compliance with the regulations

-Training to the business to ensure understanding of regulatory landscape and its impact on their roles

- Internal and external stakeholder management, including: regulators, stakeholders from the parent company and staff

-Ensure that there is an effective ethics compliance programme in place which is adhered to

-Commercial and solution orientated approach to issues

Profile

This Compliance Manager, Trade and General Compliance role is based in Surrey requires:

- Compliance experience

-Trade compliance experience

-Knowledge of ITAR & EAR

-Knowledge of UK export requirements

-Some general compliance & ethics experience is useful but not essential

-Ideally management experience
