A Corporate Solicitor is required for a fantastic opportunity with a leading regional firm based at their office in Blackburn. The salary on offer is competitive and negotiable dependent on experience.

This firm have a loyal client-base who are mainly large SMEs and the work will include mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, joint ventures, restructuring and advisory work. The Corporate team are led by an experienced Partner who has been with the firm for many years and has a strong presence locally.

Applications are invited from Corporate Solicitors with at least 3 years PQE with strong Corporate experience gained at a leading National or strong Regional firm.
