In this company secretarial assistant role, reporting into the Deputy Company Secretary, you will be involved in providing a comprehensive company secretarial and administration service to the group.
As a company secretarial assistant, your responsibilities will include:
Meeting Support
To be considered for this role based in London, ideally, you will be interested in or working towards a qualification with ICSA and also have prior meeting support experience, including minute-taking. You will also have good knowledge of the Companies Act.

Meeting Support
- collating agendas, writing minutes and drafting resolutions for the boards/committees within the group
- drawing up and rolling agendas and follow up reports for meeting packs
- providing best practice technical input
- assist with execution of company and LLP members' meetings.
- using Blueprint to maintain statutory records
- filings through Companies House relating to the group entities
- appointment and resignation of directors and LLP members
- KYC and due diligence.
