In this company secretarial assistant role, reporting into the Deputy Company Secretary, you will be involved in providing a comprehensive company secretarial and administration service to the group.
 
As a company secretarial assistant, your responsibilities will include:
 
Meeting Support 
  • collating agendas, writing minutes and drafting resolutions for the boards/committees within the group
  • drawing up and rolling agendas and follow up reports for meeting packs 
  • providing best practice technical input
  • assist with execution of company and LLP members' meetings.
Statutory Compliance
  • using Blueprint to maintain statutory records
  • filings through Companies House relating to the group entities
  • appointment and resignation of directors and LLP members
  • KYC and due diligence.
This role would also include some project-based work and maintenance of corporate governance arrangements for the group.
 
To be considered for this role based in London, ideally, you will be interested in or working towards a qualification with ICSA and also have prior meeting support experience, including minute-taking. You will also have good knowledge of the Companies Act.
