Corporate Finance/Investment Funds Lawyer sought by Leading UK Top 100 practice for their Edinburgh based team.
Sought is a Solicitor, either Scots or English qualified, with a genuine passion for this interesting field. The work will involve the formation and operation of investment funds structures including joint ventures, private equity and real estate funds as well as financial regulation and advisory work for a diverse range of clients.
Working closely with a Partner who is widely known in the field, this is an excellent opportunity to gain first class experience in this area.
