Stage 1 Legal Assistant.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a stage 1 legal assistant to join a Chester based firm. Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit an ambitious stage one file handler. You must have experience from either a legal administration or legal assistant background.
You will be responsible for dealing with the initial stage of a personal injury claim and will be working within the client services team and act as the first point of contact to all clients.
You will be responsible for submitting claim notifications forms via the MOJ Portal, instructing medical experts and dealing with liability responses.
