A leading Scottish law firm is looking for an ambitious Real Estate Lawyer to join their Glasgow based property team on a permanent, full time basis.
About the Role
The Real Estate Lawyer will join this busy team, managing a broad caseload of real estate work, including matters such as:
- Energy and resources real estate
- Acting for commercial occupiers
- Property investment
- Development related work (commercial leasing, acting for a landlord/developer and liaising with construction lawyers on development issues)
You will also enjoy a great deal of contact with clients and other advisors.
Candidate Requirements
The successful lawyer is likely to have:
- 2-4 years’ PQE
- A good knowledge of real estate law and practice
- Experience in the areas listed above
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to juggle a busy and varied workload
- An enthusiastic approach to work
- The ability to work well in a team environment
