Corporate M&A Lawyer

A market-leading commercial firm is seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join their Dublin based team on a permanent, full time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to move to a law firm of choice for internationally focused companies and financial institutions doing business in and from Ireland. 

About the Role

This Corporate Lawyer role will involve working on significant Corporate transactions in both the Irish and international market. You will be dealing with major M&A and Corporate transactions for a global client base, including:

• Large corporates
• Financial institutions
• International private equity groups

You will be expected to deliver a first-class service to clients, as well as building good working relationships with your colleagues.

Candidate Requirements

The successful Corporate Lawyer is likely to have:

• Strong commercial experience gained at a reputable firm in Ireland, London or Overseas
• Experience working on complex mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions
• A highly analytical and detail focused approach
• Strong commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and client facing skills
• The ability to work well individually and as part of a team
