A successful multi-office law firm are looking for a Litigation Solicitor with a solid grounding in Dispute Resolution to join them in Surrey for a full-time, permanent role with great development potential.

Responsibilities of your new role

As Litigation Solicitor at this sizeable and respected firm your key duties will include:

• Advising a very healthy client base on Litigation and Dispute Resolution matters;
• Working directly alongside and assisting the Partner; and
• Running your own caseload of litigated matters.

Required skills, experience and qualifications

The firm looks to speak with qualified Solicitors who demonstrate:

• There is some flexibility with experience levels here, and we would encourage applications from recently qualified up to mid-level candidates;
• Experience gained with a top City, national or regional firm or in-house team; and
• Favoured areas of experience include Commercial Litigation and Professional Negligence Claims; however, other areas of specialism will be considered.
