About the Role
As part of a high calibre team, the appointed Legal Counsel will act as a trusted advisory to the business, dealing with the following:
- Commercial legal matters
- IP portfolio work
- Other ad-hoc queries
Candidate Profile
The business is seeking an In House Counsel who can demonstrate:
- A background at a well-regarded law firm
- In-house experience / the desire to move in-house
- Motivation and ambition
- The ability to work well autonomously
- The confidence to liaise well with lawyers, senior stakeholders and members of the business alike
