One of the UK’s leading national conveyancing teams is looking for a Conveyancer to join them in Cardiff for a permanent role. This role can be either full-time or part-time and the firm fully support remote working from home.

Responsibilities of your new role

As the new Residential Conveyancer, you will manage and progress a caseload of files with a full support network in place to provide administrative assistance. Your work will include:

• Freehold/leasehold
• Sales and purchase
• New build
• Registered/unregistered properties
• Shared ownership

Candidate requirements

To be successful in your application to this Conveyancing role you should:

• Be a qualified property Lawyer / Solicitor, licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive
• Have experience working in a busy conveyancing environment
• Be able to handle your own case load of residential files

Full training and support will be given should you require it.
