Conveyancer

A specialist residential and commercial property law firm is on the lookout for an ambitious Conveyancer to join their team in Clifton on a permanent, full time basis.

About the Role

In this Conveyancer role, you will manage a small caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion.

Working in a team of dedicated Residential Conveyancers, you will be supported by the wider team to ensure that you are able to service clients effectively and continue to develop.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal Conveyancer will have:

• Experience working within residential conveyancing (potentially as a paralegal / conveyancing assistant)
• Previous experience handling their own residential property files, to include sales and purchase
• A friendly, positive nature
• A client-focused approach
• A working knowledge of case management systems (beneficial)
