The Role
You will be working as part of a dynamic commercial team and managing your own caseload of a range of commercial matters including:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Commercial contracts
- IP
- Partnership and Shareholder agreements
Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years PQE
- Solid background in a range of commercial matters gained at a respected firm
- Proven fee earning skills
- Outgoing and personable, able to build lasting relationships with clients
