Corporate Associate - (NQ + to Mid Associate Level)

We would encourage applications from Lawyers from NQ upwards to mid Associate level.

You will need to have experience of working with high-end clients at a good quality firm in corporate matters. Dealing with matters such as M&A, private equity transactions, corporate, share and asset disposals and acquisitions, private equity transactions and joint ventures

You should have the ability, drive and confidence to develop strong working relationships with national and multi-national Clients as well as providing support and advice to colleagues within the firm in a thoroughly collegiate atmosphere. You need to be a driven individual who is also a good team member and able to maintain the very high standards of this high ranking firm.
