I am recruiting for a Law Costs Draftsman for a specialist firm based in Cardiff for their expanding Costs team. This well-known firm covers a variety of costs matters within the Market and offers great exposure to developing further within Costs.
The position is for an experienced Costs Draftsman. You will be responsible for Drafting bills of costs, preparing Budgets, preparing Points of Replies, preparing Costs Schedules and negotiating settlements.
In terms of experience you will have at least 5 years' experience within a similar costs role and be proficient in general Costs matters. There is also a need for skills in solicitor/client: ATE insurance; retainers; Clinical Negligence and Commercial.
The salary on offer is £25,000 - £35,000 dependant on experience.
