Elderly Client Solicitor/Paralegal.
A unique and rare full or part time fixed term contract has arisen for an elderly client solicitor/paralegal who has experience in elderly client & care funding matters.
This longstanding and reputable law firm based in Shrewsbury actively encourages learning, progression and professional development. They are seeking a solicitor or paralegal with experience of elderly client matters to join their team on initially on a fixed term contract to assist in maternity cover.
You will come on board as a solicitor or paralegal providing advice on funding for long term care. You will challenge decisions regarding the NHS continuing healthcare funding, third-party top-ups and financial assessments by the local authority, along with planning on future care.
This is a very rare opportunity and would require somebody who has specific experience dealing with the above.
