Senior Financial Regulatory Associate - 5+ PQE - London
Our client is an award-winning, top tier Technology boutique, working with a wide range of companies from innovative start-ups to the world's leading technology organisations. We are seeking an ambitious Financial Regulatory specialist to lead the team focus on the extension of the SMCR, particularly focusing on individual accountability and conduct risk as the key part of their practice.
Senior Financial Regulatory Associate requirements
- UK qualified lawyer
- Financial Regulatory specialist with around 5-8 years' experience
- Substantial experience of the SMCR, SIMR, the Remuneration Code and individual accountability issues within FCA and/or PRA authorised firms
- Experience of advising on conduct risk
- Experience of advising on internal and external compliance investigations and risk management
- Candidates with in-house (including FCA or PRA) or private practice experience considered
