Contract Manager/Paralegal

A team of brand management specialists that build commercial value for brand owners, and their IP, across the world.

Your core role will be to draft, manage and execute agreements for our global clients, associate partners and licensees. This will include assisting in negotiations, managing relationships and legal documents such as representation agreements and licensing agreements.

• Draft and manage the flow of contracts for all commercial agreements including; brand representation agreements, licence agreements, collaboration agreements and distribution agreements

• Build relationships with international offices, clients and licensees

• Liaise with the Brand team, finance and associate partners in relation to any contract issues

• Manage the complete contract process from Heads of Terms to execution

• Monitor compliance and regulatory requirements

Profile

• Law degree or equivalent

• Ideally LPC qualified

• Experience of working in a similar role with responsibility for managing and producing multiple agreements for a variety of portfolios / clients

• Knowledge of contract law, commercial law and some IP law is essential

• Proven experience in drafting a variety of commercial contracts

• Experience in advising clients and partners on legal practices
