Head of Family Law.
My client is a close-knit, high street firm, located in a suburb of north Nottingham.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to come in and become the “go-to” person for family law in this firm, and potentially in the region.
You will be the main fee earner in the department and you will get the chance to develop both your own presence and that of the firm.
Ideally, you will have upwards of 4 years' PQE and you will be capable of taking the department to the next level.
You will have excellent technical ability and experience of handling a broad range of family and matrimonial law. You will also work with a focus on financial applications, divorce, separation, post and prenuptial agreements, domestic violence and a small amount of care work.
You should be expected to manage your own caseload, provide some support/mentoring a small team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a conscientious individual with a fine attention to detail and good client handling skills given a high percentage of all our work comes from repeat business and referrals.
You will be commercially minded and assist with business development and marketing with a view to expanding the department further.
