Have you experience running a temporary recruitment desk?
We're looking for ambitious, first-class temporary recruitment professionals to join our growing team. Ideally you will have experience working on temporary or locum assignments. You need not have previous legal recruitment experience, but you will be able to hit the ground running with temporary and contract work placements.

As a Temporary Legal Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for handling temporary recruitment assignments. You will be able to react and respond quickly and effectively, working to sometimes challenging and tight deadlines. You will be able to provide a first-class temporary recruitment service, having full autonomy over your own candidates and clients.

Your experience will include working on temporary, contract or locum recruitment assignments. This experience does not have to be in the legal sector.
You will be able to demonstrate your passion for recruitment through a proven record of achieving targets.
The skills you will have, include:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good listener - deliver relevant recruitment solutions based on clients' needs.
- Strong work ethic - be an ambitious recruitment professional who is keen to succeed.
- Teamwork - you will be able to work well with others in our friendly team as much as independently to build your network and achieve targets.
