The London office of an elite US practice is recruiting an NQ Lawyer (qualifying September this year, 2019) to join its Corporate team.

The successful candidate will join a top ranked team working on a breadth UK and cross-border corporate transactions (including projects work and work on joint ventures, takeovers, mergers and demergers and reorganisations). You will gain unparalleled exposure and experience, working with top ranked local and international colleagues.

There is a highly competitive remuneration package for this role (up to £95,000 base salary, depending on experience). This would suit candidates who have had excellent training and have a very strong academic record.
