A well regarded high street practice in the West Midlands is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Locum to provide assistance.
The work will cover broad range of commercial property work including sales, purchases, leasehold work etc.
It is essential that you are able to manage a full Commercial Property caseload, dealing with the full range of matters.
The firm are open minded about level although you should be able to work with minimal supervision and support.
The role is due to start at short notice and it is likely to run for 2-3 months, possibly longer.
