A highly regarded specialist personal injury practice, that is based in the heart of the legal district of Liverpool city centre, has a new opening within its dedicated and award-winning Personal Injury Litigation Department. They are seeking an experienced RTA litigation executive to hit the ground running.
The Personal Injury Litigation Department has an outstanding reputation within the legal field for their high-quality work and technical expertise. You will be working within a close-knit and friendly office environment working on your own manageable sized caseload of litigated RTA claims, which you will be expected to handle through from first instruction through to completion.
You will be a technically strong litigator and possess sound knowledge of the litigation processes. You will have a solid background in dealing with your own litigated caseload and will have seen a claim through its full cycle.
