Corporate & Commercial Associate.

Doubling in size last year, this firm plans to increase it's headcount twofold again this year as well. All of this means that you will be joining a firm with excellent promotion prospects. By joining this busy Corporate and Commercial Services department, you can expect to take on an enviable client list ranging from PLC's to SME's.
Your caseload will include, but is not limited to: Mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, corporate governance, corporate finance and joint ventures.
To be considered for this position you will need to be a qualified solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE. Ideally, those 3 years will come from being in a busy corporate service team. Having a current following is also advantageous as well as the ability and desire to win new clients.
A highly competitive salary is also attached.
