Senior Legal Counsel

Your new company
A leading international investment management company with around $1 trillion of assets under management. With a presence in over 20 countries and dealing with a range of asset classes, this company has continued to grow.

Your new role
Your role will see you working on a range of legal activities throughout the EMEA region. The role will be split into two parts: the main part will see you review, draft and negotiate investment management related legal documents, including IMAs, platform agreements, distribution agreements, etc. The second part of the role will depend on your personal preference: you can either focus on regulatory projects, or work more on the business and commercial side.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an England and Wales (or common law) qualified solicitor with a 4+ years' experience (guidance only). You will have experience working in either an investment management company, or a financial services department of a reputable law firm. You will also have an understanding of working with investment management related documents, such as IMAs, advisory agreements, etc.

What you'll get in return
