A newly qualified Insurance Solicitor is required to join the specialist insurance team of a leading international practice. This role is based in Manchester, and is offered on a permanent, full time contract.
About the Role
The appointed Insurance Solicitor will be joining a team which advises an enviable client base of national and international insurance and reinsurance companies. The work is likely to include The following:
- Contentious and non-contentious insurance matters
- Complex commercial insurance work
- Coverage issues
- High level professional indemnity matters
Candidate Requirements
The Insurance Lawyer will be able to demonstrate:
- A strong academic record
- Background and training at a recognised firm
- Commercial Contracts experience (advantageous)
- Strong drafting skills
- The ability to negotiate and advise on complex policy wording
