Litigation Counsel

Your new company
A leading Crypto Exchange company based in the City, the company has emerged as one of the dominant players in this new field of technology and finance. The company has grown significantly since it emerged and has plans to continue to grow internationally, with a focus on the Asian market in the coming years.

Your new role
As the Litigation Counsel, you will be responsible for all litigation and contentious matters regarding the company. Whilst also advising the company on best practice, navigating them through a sector that is soon to be regulated. This will involve liaising with key stakeholders on legal matters and mitigating risk, whilst also looking dealing with litigation matters as they arise.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a strong knowledge and experience of financial services litigation. Experience working in an In-house FCA regulated environment is crucial. You will be able to work well by yourself, as well as being able to work well with and advise the Executive Committee on legal matters.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary c.£120,000, along with a bonus and benefits package. You will also have the chance to further develop an in-house legal function in an emerging market. The expansion plans for the company means that you can play an important role in the company's progression and the direction it will take.
