Salary - £35,000 + DOE
My client is a super firm with 6 offices in Hampshire renowned providing an efficient and quality services to the local community and to clients much further afield. They are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their highly respected property department in Fareham. The team handles all residential property matters from instruction to post completion.
In this busy but friendly team you will be handling a full range of residential property matters with a particular emphasis on leasehold and new build properties. You'll be advising on all aspects of conveyancing such as :
- Sales
- Purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of Equity
- Leases
- Mortgages
Working alongside senior solicitors this is an excellent role to enhance your skills and experience in a highly focused and supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in residential property matters and will be able to manage a large caseload on their own.
