Title: Enfranchisement Solicitor
Level: 2+ PQE
Location: Lewes
Salary: £40,000+ DOE
Our client is a friendly, commercially successful firm in East Sussex looking for a Legal Adviser to join their Enfranchisement Team in their Lewes office. They are looking for a 2+ years qualified solicitor with experience in leasehold enfranchisement or, alternatively, experience of residential conveyancing and/or property litigation.
The role involves aspects of both conveyancing and litigation and so you will need to be able to deal with the everyday pressures that come with transactional matters, but also have the resolve to deal with contentious issues including attending hearings at the Property Tribunal or County Court if necessary.
