Personal injury solicitor RTA Manchester - An exciting role has arisen within the Manchester team of this leading insurance litigation firm to focus on multi track RTA work from low-end multi track to more complex serious injuries and catastrophic work. The team services 5 key clients of the firm and they are looking for ambitious individuals with a talent for litigation. Personal injury solicitors with 0-3 PQE are encouraged to apply as well as experienced legal executives.

KEY FACTS

• Job Title: Personal Injury Solicitor
• Location: Manchester
• Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
• Reports to: Partner / Head of Department
• Expertise: Experience as a personal injury solicitor with around 0-3 PQE handling a multi-track RTA caseload, preferably from a defendant insurance litigation background. Previous experience of multi-track would be a real advantage, but not absolutely crucial.

OVERVIEW OF RTA TEAM

The successful applicant will handle their own caseload of work, with the opportunity to assist Partners on more complex matters. The role is ideal for those with previous high level catastrophic experience as was those who are looking to take a step up in their career. Candidates who come from a defendant insurance litigation background are clearly preferred, though those with strong claimant RTA experience will also be considered.
