My client is a regional Costs consultancy based in Buckinghamshire who specialise in a wide spectrum of Law Costs. They are currently looking to appoint a Law Costs Draftsman/ Costs Lawyer to join their growing team.
The right candidate needs to have previous Inter partes or Legal Aid experience be able to draft Bills, Points of Dispute and Replies as well as conduct negotiations for civil and/or commercial files. In addition, you should be driven and well-organised.
In return for your experience my client offers a salary of up to £40, it will be dependent on experience.
