General Banking and Finance Paralegal duties e. drafting, transaction management, conducting due diligence, legal research, and assisting the team with ad hoc tasks.
Profile
We tend to find that successful Banking and Finance Paralegals usually already have at least 6 months of previous experience as a paralegal, a general interest in finance, good academics (2:1 or above in their Law degree) and may have also completed their LPC.
