Anakin Seal are recruiting for an experienced Relationship/ Business Development Director to join leading West Yorkshire law firm.
You will have gained several strong years of strategic account management experience within an insurance and/ or motor claims environment and be a strong relationship builder with excellent stakeholder management skills.
You will have significant first line management experience with a strong background in developing people and have excellent communication skills at all levels.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Providing effective account management to the firms distribution partners
- Monitoring and analysing account and campaign performance
- Executing account plans to grow each distribution partnership
- Oversight of supplier relationships
- Managing risks that could arise from the distribution partner relationships
- Oversight of onboarding of new business partners
- Line management responsibility for account executives
You will work closely with both the operations and change teams.
Experience of working within motor claims/ insurance essential.
Salary up to £60,000 dependant on experience plus benefits.
