Associate, Insurance and Commercial
Kennedys is looking for an Associate to join our Insurance and Commercial team in Edinburgh, working on professional indemnity and commercial litigation claims.
This is a great opportunity to work on a high quality caseload for a variety of clients on employers’, public and product liability claims involving complex liability issues, contractual issues and multiple defendants across the leisure, manufacturing, construction, healthcare and energy sectors.
Type of Clients:
- We act for insurers, brokers, accountants, SMEs
Type of Cases:
- Professional negligence claims
- Commercial disputes
- Regulatory matters and professional discipline
Experience
- 1-3* years' post qualified experience*
- The successful candidate must have experience in running their own caseload
- Litigation experience
- Previous experience on working on professional indemnity or commercial cases.
