A leading national defendant Personal Injury firm is looking for a Personal Injury Solicitor to join their Birmingham office for a full-time, permanent role.

Responsibilities of your new role

Joining a Top 50 UK law firm with an excellent reputation, your new Personal Injury role will involve:

• Dealing with international insurance clients and public sector bodies
• Picking up a full EL/PL caseload of fast and multi-track litigated matters
• Acting on behalf of several of the firm's key clients, maintaining and developing relationships with them to encourage return business
• Running cases from inception through to settlement or trial, dealing with all stages of the litigation process

Candidate requirements

The firm seeks a Personal Injury Solicitor who demonstrates:

• Previous experience in this area
• The ability to handle work at this level from the outset
• High levels of technical skills
• Strong communication abilities
