Sue Ross Legal are recruiting for an Employment Law Solicitor on behalf of our client, a well known and established firm of national Solicitors.

You will be joining the Employment Law team in either the Nottingham or Birmingham based offices and duties will include;

  • Running your own caseload of litigated and non-litigated Employment Rights including unfair dismissals, wage claims and settlement agreements claims
  • Assessing and advising on the prospects of success and value of Employment Tribunal claims
  • Constructing effective arguments for Employment Tribunals
  • Managing the provision of employment advice and/or representation matters
  • Handling more complex matters including discrimination and TUPE

To be considered for this role it is essential that you are a qualified Solicitor or FILEx with circa 2 years PQE (however this is just a guide and candidates with more or less experience may also be considered) and have experience handling claimant employment law issues. Our client will consider applications from candidates looking for either full or part time work.
