Criminal Defence Solicitor

My Client who are an established multi-disciplined Law practice with multiple offices in Merseyside. They are now seeking to recruit a Criminal Defence Solicitor with Duty status for their Liverpool office.

The Role

To manage a caseload of various Criminal Defence files, the types of files you will encounter will include but not limited to;

  • Serious Crime
  • Assault
  • GBH
  • Drug Offences
  • Robbery
  • Business Crime
  • Fraud
  • White Collar Crime
  • Motoring Offences
  • General Criminal Matters

The Candidate,

You will be a minimum of 2-year PQE, it would be beneficial if you held the HCA qualification but this is not essential. For Duty registered Solicitors it is essential that you are willing to sign to the firm's rota when it becomes next available.
