2 x Legal Counsel - Saudi Arabia positions:
We are seeking to appoint two highly motivated Legal Counsels to be involved in a wide variety of work, including advising on high value and complex contracts in connection with military goods and services, corporate M&A, management of associated companies, operational and employment related issues, and other ad hoc legal advice.
In addition to corporate and commercial matters, you will take a lead role in developing and implementing policies across the business relating to business conduct and sector specific regulation, including export control, regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
Experience:
To be considered for the Legal Counsel - Saudi Arabia positions you will need to have between circa 2 - 6 years' experience, although more/less will be considered, and have gained appropriate experience with a leading law firm or in-house legal team. International or multi-jurisdictional experience is advantageous.
These roles demand a commercial approach however you do not only have to be a commercial contracts solicitor to apply. Applications from Corporate, Banking, Commercial Litigation and other commercial disciplines will be considered. The key is that you are commercial minded and are able and willing to work creatively and flexibly on a broad range of legal and commercial matters.
