PI Fee Earner/Supervisor

Sue Ross Legal are working with a well-known, regional firm of Solicitors who have an exciting new position for a Personal Injury Fee Earner/Supervisor. This role has the flexibility of being based at either their Sheffield or Chesterfield office.

You will be responsible for running your own caseload working within a broad range of claimant Personal Injury matters. Some supervisory experience will be required for this role as you will be responsible for managing team deadlines and ensuring other team members are on track.

Duties will include;

• Reviewing medical reports in relation to personal injury
• Collating and reviewing evidence
• Conducting research
• Negotiating with third parties
• Instructing medical experts
• Negotiating settlements
• Preparing bundles
• Chasing reports
• Ensuring deadlines are met throughout teams across the firm

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have fast-track experience of a wide remit of Personal Injury matters. The ideal candidate will be extremely organised and efficient and will thrive in a busy, fast paced environment. You must demonstrate exceptional ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise your own workload. Experience with multi-track is desired but not essential.
