Legal Counsel (5-7 PQE) Guangzhou/Chengdu - 15124/TTL

This global construction company is seeking an experienced lawyer to join China’s legal team based in either Guangzhou or Chengdu to provide daily legal support. You will be responsible for providing legal support on a wide range of matters including contract drafting & negotiation, risk management, company’s rules & policies, dispute resolutions, and corporate governance issues. Ideally, you have 5-7 years’ PQE of general corporate work in multinational companies. A good team player with excellent communication and drafting skills is sought. Fluency in written and oral English and Mandarin is required. REF: 15124/TTL
