The firm operates via a network of home based Consultants whilst still offering a central office and supportive environment for everyone to use if required.  The firm differs from many other 'self employed' models in that they very much view everyone as part of the team and as such organise regular get togethers (work based and socially) and knowledge sharing sessions.  The level of support for this type of working arrangement is second to none - not to mention the fees.  As a Consultant you can enjoy retaining 70-75% of what you bill whilst not having to deal with the administrative side of things so you can focus on what you love - admin is all handled by the firm.
