CQS accredited firm in Oxfordshire seeks a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor on a full-time, permanent basis.
Joining our client’s highly regarded practice located in Oxford, the successful applicant will undertake a complex caseload of residential conveyancing matters. There may also be an opportunity for the right applicant to progress to a partner level.
Responsibilities
• Freehold and leasehold properties
• Sales and purchases
• Mortgages and re-mortgages
• Shared ownership
• Equity release
• Obtaining Land Registry documents
• Right to buy
• Investigating titles
The Candidate
• Solicitors with a minimum of three years’ PQE
• Experience in residential conveyancing is essential
• Strong communication skills both verbally and written
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and individually
• Genuine desire to be involved in the future growth plans for the firm

Our client is a thriving local, multi office practice with a loyal clientele. The residential conveyancing department is particularly busy, and a vacancy has now arisen for a solicitor or legal executive to join the Residential Conveyancing team.
