An experienced Conveyancer is required to join the Residential Property and Conveyancing team of a law firm in Lincoln. Offered on a full-time, permanent basis, this is an excellent opportunity for a Conveyancing to join is a firm that places great stock in its services for individuals.

This is a unique role that would suit someone who would like the flexibility of working across different offices as a float conveyancer.

Responsibilities of your new role

In this Residential Conveyancing role, you won’t have a billing target because you won’t be asked to bring on new business, rather, it will be a case of you covering work whilst other members of staff are out of the business. You will know well in advance where you will be working but you will be valued because of this and rewarded with a competitive salary plus travel expenses.

Candidate requirements

The firm will consider qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, licensed Conveyancers and unqualified fee earners who demonstrate:

• The experience to handle your own caseload of conveyancing matters from start to finish
• Comfort and confidence performing in a float type position
• Positivity and proactivity in their approach
